APHRODITE
An abstract sculptural artwork that captures the magnetic and ambiguous essence of Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty, elevating her into a symbol of feminine power and primordial seduction.
At the center of the scene, a stylized and fluid figure of Aphrodite rises with a grace beyond the human: her forms are not realistic, but rather suggested, sculpted through harmonious curves that evoke the movement of the sea and the moment of divine birth.
Her face is devoid of detail, suggesting that Aphrodite’s beauty can never truly be captured or possessed.
Around her, scattered like relics of desire, numerous male heads emerge, sculpted in different styles: some classical and idealized, others fragmented, distorted, or expressionless. Each face represents a different facet of human passion — adoration, the loss of self, obsession, suffering, and bliss.
